To place an order, please send us a list of titles of each desired Score with your payment. Please include US $15.95 per score plus $ 2.00 for each part. Shipping and handling is $5.50 for packages under two pounds. Please inquire as to larger package pricing. California residents must add 8.25% sales tax to purchase price. For orders outside the US, shipping is higher depending on destination and whether sent via surface or air mail, details are available on request by E-mail.
You may E-mail us your order if you wish to pay by credit card. For all Credit Card orders there is a 5% surcharge on US orders, and a 7% surcharge on International orders. Please add this to the cost of CD's, shipping and Handling.
